This case study describes our work with a local Children's Hospital.

The problem

Access to pediatric specialists is crucial to the care children receive and can make a big difference in their health outcomes. That access was at risk.

Anne believes in our mission to provide exceptional care to children and is a true advocate for the patients and families we serve.
— Lori Mouton, Children's Hospital of Michigan

What Anne Did

Sometimes to help your clients you have to travel with them and their patients even when those patients are children accompanied by their parents and hospital staff. In the case of DMC Children’s Hospital of Michigan, Anne helped the hospital ensure access to pediatric specialists by taking its case to the Nation’s Capitol to the halls and hearing rooms of Congress in Washington DC. According to Lori Mouton, vice president, marketing, communications at Children's Hospital of Michigan, “Anne helped in preparing for and accompanying us to DC with some of our patients and their families to share their respective stories about ensuring access to pediatric specialists in children's hospitals. Anne knows her way around the capitol and made the trip easy, seamless and fun for the families who visited.”
